I have a problem with the use of Enhanched Strongs in the NEW Treasury of Scrripture Knowledge  of Jerome H Smith

I have the following:

The NEW TSK of Jerome H Smith – a fantastic work .......

I Also  Have:

Enhanced Strong’s Lexicon Copyright © 1995 Woodside Bible Fellowship

BUT: .....

I do not have New Strong's Dictionary of Hebrew and Greek Words by James Stron

THEREFOR:

If I click on this link   (❅S#4186h)     in Psalm 1:1 of the NEW TSK, I get the message:

YOU DO NOT HAVE THE LICENSE FOR ....The NEW STRONG’S™ DICTIONARY of HEBREW and GREEK WORDS James Strong, ll.d., s.t.d. ... THOMAS NELSON PUBLISHERS Nashville • Atlanta • London • Vancouver Copyright © 1996 by Thomas Nelson Publishers

My problem is:

  1. How many Strongs must I buy to fit to all the new modules?
  2. I cannot use the New TSK to the full, because I am missing a module. I bought a half module.

How can I look up Strongs in the NEW Treasury of Scrripture Knowledge  of Jerome H Smith having only Enhanched Strongs

AH ... maybe you'll get lucky ... Mr Smith periodically contributes to this forum.  He invites comments ... yours.

There is no easy answer. Logos built the crossref without the g or h. So, if you right-click, you get a Strongs but no clue if hebrew or greek.  And the cross-ref is cemented against New Strongs.

You almost have to copy/paste into Enhanced Strongs.

New Strongs also has the headache of sorting by word (hebrew or greek) instead of number. I'd think if a person reads hebrew or greek, they'd just use HALOT or BDAG.  Not reading OL, you have to type the number in, then select h or g.
