What is given as what I own in the license line?
it actually shows the highest base package licensed to you.
I believe that the HIGHEST level you have ever purchased is listed. For example: I purchased an L4 Platinum package, an L5 gold and an L6 gold. I have the L4 platinum listed.
Why do I get this message in my Personal Book: "[Warning] Article too long, forcing article break"?
It simply means that you haven't put in milestones or subheadings or ... for the compiler to divide the book into indexable units (the unit used as the boundary for a search, for example). So the compiler has made arbitrary divisions.
Do I need to create separate pallets for each resource?
You don't need to create pallets... You need to change the Behavior of each pallet so that the notes go into a resource specific note document. One pallet, many documents. Also note: resource specific note documents are automatically created.

How do I make a collection of my Logos Now temporary licenses?
Try using the rule "License:Temporary"
However, there may be more books in it than those licensed monthly through Logos Now. Probably rented resources come with a temporary license, too (never tried that myself). More frequently, user will have such books since some groups on Faithlife.com will offer books "free fo a time" (i.e. under a temporary license) to their members/followers or participants in a certain reading plan. Currently Fortress Press shares a famous Bonhoeffer book this way, Wipf&Stock offers a book, too, and there's the Darell Bock m.ED course by Faithlife (advertised through Tim Challies).
So for those who are taking advantage of that, it's not possible to differentiate based on metadata alone the reasons for why a license is temporary. Manual tagging will be needed in those scenarios.
The Logos Now books that are temporarily licensed should be visible from the sticky top post in this forum, though.

How do I search for Greek -mi verbs?
Try lemma:*μι
where * is a wildcard
The method for finding all of these instances is exactly as Dave mentioned. If you use "lemma:*μι@V" as your search syntax, this will find every lemma that ends with μι that is also a verb. You can also take this one step further to get a full report on which lemmas appear by going to the "Analysis" view and sorting by the lemma column as you can see in the image below.

I think the issue here is that Bible search and Morph search use different search syntax to find the same results. In this instance, the search syntax "lemma:*μι" works in a Morph search, but this same syntax does not work for a Bible search. Instead the syntax that must be used is
"<Lemma ~ lbs/el/*μι>". You can see a quick image down below. Hope this helps explain what is going on.

How do I find a search I ran yesterday?
There is always search history so you can see what you did.
