In 2014 I pay for 200 books and know (2016) I only see 50.. Why?
I shared my app with someone else and I pay with the card of my father but the other person put his mail and I delete his mail for putting mine. ( I change the email 3 months later) Im not sure if he delete all my books (is that possible? I mean I pay the money.. ) Or he can change the package? because I can only see in my library 53 and I still paying for 200 and for what?

I think you are saying you have changed the email address you are using in the app.
Resources you buy are linked to your Logos account which is tied to an email address - so if you have changed your email address in the app without getting this changed on your account it would explain what you are seeing (the 53 resources would be ones that everyone can see for free)
I suggest you contact Customer Services - details at https://www.logos.com/contact - and they should be able to help you get this resolved.

Or if you phone them and are not in the USA you might find it less expensive to use Skype to make the call.
