Courses section is empty when offline

i noted today that when my iPhone is offline (no signal) the Courses section in the iPad app is blank even though I own courses and have one downloaded to the device

I'm unable to reproduce this issue for either iPhone or iPad devices. Are you sure the Course is downloaded?

I had an audio of one of the courses downloaded but not the full course
