Lefthanded in Judges 3:15 and 20:16

Can someone tell me what HALOT says about the word "lefthanded" in Judges 3:15 and 20:16?
When I hover over the word in the Authorized Version it gives two strong's numbers but in the KJV it shows four Strong's numbers and I'm not good at Hebrew and don't have HALOT but am considering purchasing it.
I heard someone say it meant Ehud was crippled in his right hand and I can see why they may have made that assumption just looking at a lexicon but I somehow think that's wrong and that it's just a *relatively* "bound" compared to his left hand and that perhaps there is just no other word for "lefthanded" in Hebrew.(?)
If there's anything else you can tell me that I would not think of that would be appreciated as well.
Thanks
John

So, it does seem that the word carries at least the connotation that the right hand could have restrictions. About 3/4 of all the dictionaries I have indicate some time of impediment in the right hand, and I have a ton of them! Here are a few, to include HALOT.
