BUG: Personal Books

When Personal Books are removed from one computer, they should be removed from all. The process has been this:

Computer A: Tools/Personal Books/Delete a personal book. The book will be removed from the list of personal books AND from the library.

On Computer B, the book is removed from the list of personal books when sync is complete, but it is NOT removed from the library. The user has to go through the tedious act of dragging the resource to the Hidden box under Program Settings, restarting, then in order to clean things up properly remove it from the Hidden list (and maybe restarting again, I do that but not sure.)

Can the removal of a personal book implementation be completed so that a book removed is removed everywhere? Thanks!

I agree Don. However, given the recent news that PB sync for Mobile devices was abandoned when the personnel cuts occurred, I would imagine little work (if any) is being done to improve the PBB. We are probably stuck with what we have.

This is normal, so I'm not sure what happened on the other computer.

The user has to go through the tedious act of dragging the resource to the Hidden box under Program Settings, restarting, then in order to clean things up properly remove it from the Hidden list (and maybe restarting again, I do that but not sure.)

If you uploaded a PB to the cloud this will not work, as it will be re-downloaded.

Restarting should not be necessary for a hide nor an unhide.
