Stumbled on an interesting (but unimportant) bug:
Hovering the mouse pointer over the reset Defaults button in the area of the help buttons pops up the tool tip for the setting just out of the Program Settings window. The program is basically looking through the button and activating the help tooltip hidden by the button.
