Formating error in "The Coming of the Kingdom"

I went to copy a quote out of the middle of the book The Coming of the Kingdom by Herman Ridderbos.

I noticed that the citation copied as it was still in the forward, so I tried copying another section in the last chapter and it still is doing the citation as if it was the foreword.

no matter where in the book you copy or look at the book it thinks the citation is in the foreword, as demonstrated below.

Zorn, Raymond O. “Foreword.” In The Coming of the Kingdom, edited by Raymond O. Zorn, translated by H. de Jongste. Philadelphia, PA: The Presbyterian and Reformed Publishing Company, 1962.

Someone better tell the book where the foreword ends, and Ridderbos' writings start.
