OT Click Tricks for Mac

Hey all, hope all is well. I was wondering if anyone knew of a program or software that can do what Morris Proctor does with his click tricks software he uses (but for Mac)? The program he uses is windows base but Im looking for something for the Mac! This will greatly help me in my presentation effects. Thanks for your help in advance!

Found click tricks description => http://www.mpseminars.com/index.php/shop/software-hardware/click-tricks/ with some favorite features:
- Spotlight any part of the screen. Resize the spotlight by holding down the left mouse.
- Underline any part of the screen with any color and size highlighter.
- Zoom in on any portion of the screen so your audience can see what you’re emphasizing
- Setup your right mouse button to display your favorite presentation tools from a large and varied menu of options.

Welcome [:D]
Looks like Desk Scribble can draw on top of open windows => http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/deskscribble/id422170726?mt=12 so could highlight stuff in Logos 4 Mac (or Logos 4 PC in a virtual machine).

There are a couple apps that I've found that can accomplish much of the same thing as Click Tricks on a Mac. The first one is called Highlight. It allows you to draw lines, ovals, rectangles, etc on your screen. It's very basic, but it's free. Here's the link: http://krugazor.free.fr/software/highlight/
The other app that does a few more things is called Omni Dazzle. I like its zoom feature, but you can only choose one of the many features at a time (again, it's free). Here's this link: http://www.omnigroup.com/products/omnidazzle/
Those are the two that come closest in my searches.

Resurrecting this thread to let Mac Users know that Screen Brush does similar things like Click Tricks, but is way cheaper. Download the free version from the Apple Store, then for $2.99 upgrade to Screen Brush Plus and you‘ll be able to spotlight, use lines, arrows, rectangles ellipses, quick arrows, etc. You can learn the app and shortcuts in less than an hour.
