Logos.com Shaded Dark and Not Accepting User Input

Something very strange is occurring to me this morning.  When I go to the main Logos website (Logos.com), the screen becomes shaded darker and will not accept any inputs from my mouse or keyboard.  I can see the page loaded and the rotating banners are rotating.

It's almost as if something has stopped process in the middle.  I consistently get this behavior.  Restarted the computer, IE, emptied the cache.  No difference.

Anyone else having an issue?

    Hi Steve,

Sorry you're having problems with the site, but thank you for the report.

I am unable to reproduce the issue could you provide more information like the browser and version, and the version of Windows you are using?

Do you have any sort of ad blocker or other type of plugins?  Does it work for you in another browser like say Chrome or FireFox?

    Thank you,
    Mike

I just got home and checked using Edge and it works fine.  What I see now that causes the darkening is a pop-up highlighting the NICOT/NICNT sale going on now.  The main homepage goes dark as the pop-up comes up in view.  I have the option to close that pop-up and everything is fine.  Home screen lightens up and I have full control.

On the other computer I was using this morning it was IE11.  And now that I've seen the behavior when it's working correctly, there appears to be something on that IE11 computer that is stopping (or not able to complete) the pop-up and it "stalls" leaving the background home screen in a darkened state but no pop-up to close.

    Weird !?!?!?!

    [:S]

EDIT:  The computer with the issue is Windows 7 Professional and IE11. The one working properly is Windows 10 and Edge.

Since I had not experienced the issue on the Win7 Pro / IE11 computer until just recently I'm thinking there must be a setting or filter somewhere that I can adjust to allow that pop-up to process to completion.

Does anyone know what I would look for in options or settings?

Yes.. same issue with me, and I am using Windows 7 Professional and IE11.

    Google Chrome is working fine.

By accident, if I type https://www.logos.com/6 , the web page would be `normal'..why??
