There is got to be a mistake in a system. Curent price is almost doubled: $112 and its not greyed out, but under my orders, it shows my prepub price $63

I had this pre-ordered Dec-20 2015 $143.03 Now it does not reflect the pre-order on the item page.
And it is showing a cost of $249.15 I am not going to pay this amount.
Do I need to cancel the pre-order or, wait and see what they try to charge and then return the resource to Logos if they in fact over charge me the $249.15 which I don't have on the account to cover anyway....

The Master Journal Bundle was always going to go up in price at shipping. That's what's what the product page is showing, which I would think is correct.
What is wrong (at least in my case) is that the product page isn't showing that I've already ordered the product at all. That means it isn't displaying the "Pre-ordered on xx/xx/xxxx. Your current dynamic price is $xxx.xx" text.

Mine is grayed out and showing the dynamic price correctly ($63.61). But from others, it does appear that there is a glitch somewhere in the system. But I also did not get the email notification

Last night it was showing the same problem . Now it shows the correct pre-pub price. Fixed!

Probably a programming error. I am seeing the exact same price, and my final cost was different than yours. I have sent an email to Faithlife and made them aware.
As my post above shows I too bought at $143.03 but was also charged $147.64. I sure this must be a mistake.

Thanks Matthew. I got the email saying "We are about to process your prepub order...." for 2.1 (I have 2.0), and my price was $8.36. I was charged $56.84. So I guess my account needs some attention too.

You should have full use of your journals.That being said, the Dynamic Pricing problems we are encountering are quite complex and will require some time to work out.
