“Logos Bible Software has stopped working” Windows 10

HP ENVY TS 17 Notebook PC, 16GB memory i7processor Windows 10 fully updated
Logos 6 fails to load. Has previously worked without issue, but now crashes before reaching homepage every time. Using the ctrl key/icon selection can load off-line to the Bible text etc. page, and all works. If I try to access "Homepage" program crashes every time. If I log-in using the ctrl/icon key sequence program loads to Bible text - but crashes every time I try to access "Homepage". 7041.Logos Log Files.zip

Hi Dean - and welcome to the forums
Sorry to hear you are having problems.
Your log file shows "Locale folder is missing: C:\Users\Dean\AppData\Local\Logos\System\CefLocales"
Does it help if you try repairing the Logos installation from the Windows Control Panel?

Thanks Graham - I also found a Logos 5 folder in the AppData/Local folder and discovered Logos 5 prerequisites were also installed. Uninstalling these did not fix the problem, but running "repair" as you suggested did the job. However the Logos 5 folder remains in AppData/Local, with a subfolder "Installers". Is it safe to delete this folder, or does it have a role to play in Logos6?
Thanks again for your help - at least all is working again.

Hi Dean
Glad it is working again.
And, depending on how Logos was installed, it may well be under a Logos5 folder structure so I would leave the folders there unless you are short of space. If you are short of space we would need to look at it more closely.
