On my WP site I noticed that the RefTagger is working except for one instance.

This looks like a bug. (It looks like just the "1" in "13" is being turned into a link to Rom 10:1, instead of the expected link to Rom 10:13.)

Interestingly, the references are tagged correctly in your original post on this thread (and the forums and your site appear to be using the same version of Reftagger). It's not immediately clear why your site might be getting tagged differently.
This issue has now been fixed. You may need to clear your browser's cache to get the updated script.
