Offline Access

How do you have access to the original languages when offline? For instance, I am using the ESV and when I click on any given word I would like to have access either Strong's or Mounce when not on the internet. I am using a LG G4 phone and a Kindle Fire (gen 5).

Unless the Android apps are different than iOS, these kinds of features are "online only."
