The “Cross References” drop-down displays the important cross-references in your Preferred Bible.

Michael S. Heiser, NT281 How We Got the New Testament, Logos Mobile Education (Bellingham, WA: Lexham Press, 2014).

I don't believe that your preferred Bible has any effect on the cross-reference section. In fact, one's preferred Bible is not required to have cross-references at all.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
