That's not complete as we need the Application Error with Logos.exe as the Faulting application that has the same time as the .NET Runtime error.

No - I mean another entry alongside .NET Runtime with the same time , called Application Error

But the "Faulting application name" has to be Logos.exe.

I got following error

and cannot get the crash dump file...

PS: the PC is newly brought, never login in on this computer. ..
