Logos 6 not opening

Over the past few days Logos 6 has taken a long time to "start up" (showing the blue logo) or to synchronize before opening. Occasionally is stays open long enough for me to work on something for a couple of minutes before giving a general error message and closing; usually is goes to the error message immediately and closes.
I'm running on Windows 10 - with Logos loaded on an external memory card.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Hi Mike - and welcome to the forums
What sort of computer are you using (desktop, laptop, tablet, other)? and what external memory card do you have?

Two things:
- Your free space is critically low.
- Using a USB Flash drive is strongly discouraged.
Either one of those could cause severe performance issues.

We don't support running Logos from an external drive or SD card; they tend to cause lots of stability and performance problems.
That said...
- It appears that "e:\Logos\Data\yv4ng5p5.r03\LibraryCatalog\catalog.db" is corrupt and isn't being automatically recovered by the application. Try deleting it and restarting.
- You're running an out-of-date copy of Logos; install Logos 6.12 from https://www.logos.com/install

Thanks for all the input... there were corrupt files but also a registry problem that was preventing removal/repair of logos files. 2nd level tech support took me through a microsoft debugging of the problem. I appreciate all the help.
