Logos App GONE??

Hello World of Logos users,

I went on my computer about 5 minutes ago to access my Logos app for some research and I can't find it anywhere on my computer. I checked the Apps, random document files, the trash.... It is nowhere... Has this happened to anyone? Is there an expiration date after the purchase of the software? I am literally clueless so any advice, suggestions will help.

My best guess is you have a pc which has rolled back to a previous windows restore point? Your Logos purchases and data are backed up in their cloud so you should easily be able to get it back.

My best guess is that he has a Mac (he said "trash can").

I would try downloading and installing the engine. Hopefully you just deleted it by accident. The resource files are kept elsewhere, and would be quite difficult to delete by accident.... unless you did "roll back" an installation (using time machine on mac). 

I should ask one question, however, before you do any of that: Do you have multiple user accounts on the Mac (or PC)? The installation goes into the USER account, so you can't access it from multiple user accounts w/o downloading and installing it for each... which is a HUGE resource hog.
