I pre-pub ordered Systematic Theology by John Miley, downloaded the books for Logos Mac 1, synchronized the licenses, and it won't unlock. It also isn't auto downloading for Logos 4 Mac. What do I need to do to get it to work?
Hi, not sure specifically about the Mac as I'm a PC user, but in general when a book goes 'live' you still need to wait for the corresponding email from Logos to say that they have dealt with your payment and granted your Mac access. If not I'd recommend emailing customer support as this was the advice that a sales rep gave to me just last week. Hope you get sorted.
