I too have waited for this for a long time. Logos used to offer this years ago and it has been requested many times since they stopped offering it. I assume that they have never been able to reach an agreement with the publisher.

I have Logos "Knowing God" .... a 20th Anniversary Edition. Which means it has been mangled by American spelling. Ugghhhh!
