I have isolated this to the Factbook. I open the Factbook to Rome. Click the dictionary tab and Lexham Bible Dictionary, when I click to open the article to Rome Logos crashes.
For record, I can open every other dictionary from the Factbook on Rome, but every time I click on the article in the LBD it crashes.
This time I opened up LBD from the command box, then opened the menu and scrolled down manually to the topic on Rome and opened the tab. But when I click on anything in the Rome tab it crashes. There is a bug in the LBD. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I do not have this problem, so it may be some sort of corruption on your installation.
I downloaded your zip file, but there wasn't a logos.log file, which indicates that logging may not have been enabled. You may want to try again.
Of course I have no idea what it means, but I am seeing the following at the end of the log files:

The installation is not corrupt and works fine. Every article in the LBD will open except when I try Rome it crashes. I don't understand it.
I have no problem with LBD and Rome. I would suspect that your LBD is corrupt somewhere in this article. I would hide the LBD, restart Logos, unhide LBD, restart Logos to force a redownloading of the resource. (Yeh, I know there's a file that could be deleted to force it and that I may have an extra restart but ...)
Good call MJ thanks! That seems to have fixed it.

Using Logos 6.13.0.0020 on Windows 7, found links in LBD to other headwords in LBD do not work although cursor changes to hand over link words plus puzzled by "Aaron, Sons of" being indented under "Aaron's Rod" in the Table of Contents:

It isn't ... it is under "(entries) Aaron's Rod (through) - Abi-Albon". The TOC is broken into arbitrary units due to its size. It is clearer in this view:
