scroll bar in collections (+ these resources) disappears

I happen to take a look at a collection today and each time I opened any collection of books the vertical scroll bar would pop up and then disappear.
Running latest beta.

Strange...tonight the scroll bar is back.
I had started to get logs but took look at collections and it has returned, so?
