Unable to connect

For the last couple of days, when I attempt to open logos on my windows PC, I get the message "Unable To Connect". I get the option to try again or work offline. This is odd, because I can log on ok to logos.com using my browser. Have not had this problem before. I retry the logos app on my PC but get the same result. What is happening?

Could be some sort of firewall issue
Please enable diagnostic logging and post logs in a reply to this thread after trying to start Logos - details at https://www.logos.com/support/logos6/windows/report-problem

Thanks for tour prompt reply Graham.
I run cable broadband to my home and there haven't been any changes for months. I can access other online services without any problems. Loading logos is the only issue that I have.
I also tried to load logos from my church yesterday and was unable to connect there as well. The church has a different configuration but produced the same problem.

I have discovered the problem. My antivirus is causing it. I use AVG. When I disable it the problem disappears.
Thanks for your help.

That's good to know - hope you manage to work out why AVG is blocking Logos
