"Resources are ready to be added to your library" won't clear.

This problem just started today. No matter how many times I restart, I get the same message. I'm using Logos Bible Software 6.13 (6.13.0.0020) and I'm a Logos Now subscriber.

I believe this may be related to personal books. Have you created any of those? IN any case, a number of users have experienced similar symptoms to this. You may need to provide logs. In which case, see my signature line.

Restart Logos and try the command update resources. Else look at the recent threads in this forum with this subject.

'Twas an issue for me, too, after a download this week that a) wasn't a system update & b) didn't show up in the library. I ran update resources & restarted L6 many times, to no avail. I finally restarted my laptop. That worked.

My guess: expiration of the temporary "Sabbath Experiment".

The issue started occurring the same day.

To me that sounds like a great guess. If it was, I wonder why it just did it with this resource and not other temporary resources.
