How to change the registered name

Our prescription was started by a staff member who has been led to a new ministry. I have been asked to change the registered name from his to the church, so that it more correctly reflects the situation.

Can anyone either provide some instructions or lead me through the process.

You should be able to go to the group settings (with the gear icon in the upper right) at the group's page on Faithlife.com. I'm guessing it is:

https://faithlife.com/cbc-norwich-presentation/About

If you're an Admin you can change the name and everything there. (There's also a link in Proclaim to the group's page under 'Invite members"; it's under the menu on your name in the upper-right.) Or contact our customer service department if you're locked out.

You can also go to the 'Members' tab on the right side of the Proclaim window and, if logged in as an admin, promote other group members to Admin.
