Popup greek words offline?

Using the ESV online I can press and hold a word in the NT and lookup window opens at the bottom showing the greek word and other information comes up.

When I am offline, the window comes up only with the word I tapped.

Is there any resource that I need to download to make this work or is this also something that only works when I am online?
