Deleting a tab in a layout causes forever spinning cursor

This just started happening today. If I load an old layout or create a new one - whenever I try to delete a tab the cursor spins forever and I have to abort the program. This was not happening before on this newest version. So is this a problem with the online connection to Logos?

Edit: Mac version 6.13.0.20.

After force quitting about 20 times, I am putting Logos away for today.
