In November of 2008, the Logos blog featured a post by Phil Gons announcing 12 new bundles of resources. There were some wonderful collections at unbelievable savings. I set my sights on The Protestant Theological Bundle.

Well, I dilly-daddled around until February first and when I went to order that glorious collection, to my dismay, it was no longer offered.
Later in the year George Somsel mentioned the Samaritan Pentateuch had mysteriously dropped off the Pre-Pub list. We were offered an explanaiton and a hope that it would be back on the list someday. These events taught me; If I want something in a Logos resource, act on it while it is available. When Portfolio Edition came along, I KNEW what to do.
Today I was checking out my Pre-Pub orders and wanted to refresh my memory concerning one "Theological Studies Collection (25 volumes)" for $299. Imagine my surprise to see the item description page says "Cannot find specified prepub." Another one slips through the cracks?? I can not tell you the 25 volumes included without resurrecting my old laptop drive (it crashed with my OneNote collections of all things Logos.) But I do remember it had lots of scholarly, nifty authors like Pannenberg. I sure hope it is just a website snafu and not another Pre-Pub demise.
If you see something you want in Logos, don't assume it will be there tomorrow. Voice your support through Pre-Pub and Community Pricing orders. Where IS that Samaritan Pentateuch?
btw: I think all of the other bundles are still offered, tho' some have been included in the bigger packages.
