BUG: Won't open downloaded resource when offline

iPad Pro 9.7" w/ 128GB; latest version of the Bible app.

I had the app open in split screen mode - ESV (downloaded) on top, and UBS4 (downloaded) on bottom. I went to Library and selected NASB95, also downloaded. I got two results, both problematic, as follows:

- If the iPad was on wifi but the wifi didn't have access to the internet, I just got a blank screen. I could use a two-finger swipe to go back to the ESV.

- If the iPad had wifi disabled, I got a spinner icon. Again, two finger swipe took me back to ESV.

This happened with other downloaded resources, e.g. NIV.

I've noticed this issue for a while, finally reporting it. As I see it, since those resources are downloaded, there should be no problem opening them - whether totally offline or if there is simply no internet available.

Thanks,

Donnie

I would suggest sending support info. In the email, reference this thread.

If I remember correctly you weren't up for using the Apple Mail client, which prevents sending us the app logs. Your other options are to remove the resources in question and download them again, or perform a fresh install of the app.
