Ever since I installed windows 10 I have not been able to install updates - just a message that states: "The installation of Logos Bible Software did not succeed" I've had this problem for about 2 months now. Any suggestions? Thanks
Is logos telling you the update did not succeed, or is windows telling you that?
Are you able to open your current installation of Logos?
Check to make sure you do not have a security setting that blocking logos.
It's Logos that is giving me the error message. I can actually run and use Logos without any problems (I can even download and use new resources), there just seems to be a problem with updates. Again, this wasn't a problem until I upgraded to Windows 10.
dit you change anything 2 Month ago like create a Microsoft account instead of Local?
You should try to run the latest update manually. That should either work, or give you a better error message.
