Logos Won't Open

I bought Logos Silver 6 a year ago and put it on my computer, and it worked fine.  Recently, I had to buy a new computer.  Logos seems to install fine, but it will not open so that I can sign in and begin downloading my library.  It acts like it is going to open, but it never actually does.  I have already uninstalled and reinstalled it, and I have tried repairing it.

First, more info would be helpful. What specific OS? Where are you getting the link to the engine? Do you have another installation somewhere (even an old one)?
