Please take a look at this 18 hour course. https://www.logos.com/product/56418/mobile-ed-ot317-judges
I am sure we can get it lower that even $80.00 but now we have a deadline.
I'm actually really looking forward to taking this course. This is a steal. If you haven't bid already please do so
This is excellent value and so close to dropping in price with some more bids.
A $679.99 course for only $80 (or possibly less)? Wow, what a bargain! [:D]
I'm still on the fence with these courses in terms of value. I have gone through two of them. I just learn (and retain) more from reading through a commentary - which is much cheaper to do. However, they are made extremely well and I can see the appeal. I put in a bid of $56.
Although I'd love to see it at that price I am very doubtful that it will go that low.
I agree Bruce,
However, bids at $76 or even possibly $72 are likely to be successful. So, I encourage new bids at these levels.
This is fantastic news. I started bidding when it first came out and I bid the maximum at the time which was $120. To be honest I would have been more than happy to pay $120 for this. It is great value and I really appreicate Block who is a great Scholar. Going for $80 and actually making it to pre pub is fantastic news. I think anyone not in on this is going to really miss out of a treat. If it goes for $80 it will be the deal of the year and it may even go cheaper
I'm with you on this. I keep considering, but is $80 a good value when the main advantage -- as opposed to book study -- is saving me the trouble from reading? I know that's an oversimplification, but that seems what it boils down to from my perspective.

For me the added value is in the suggested readings. Just watching the videos could be good, but having a joined up reading plan to strengthen and solidify the basic framework presenting in the videos to me is well worth the additional cost
I hope this doesn't come across badly, but I share this mainly to show why I've been so uncertain: I "retired" from teaching New Testament courses in a seminary, and I was afraid this course wouldn't be sufficiently technical to hold my interest. (The promo material seems to present the course as something for a lay audience.) Or, at the very least, I was concerned that Block would share things I could've read or figured out on my own. Another concern was that his perspective and method would be too detached from my own to be very helpful to me.
So, still sitting on the fence, I listened to the samples one more time. I've decided to increase my bid so that I'll make the cut. Now, if we could twist a few more arms, we might get it down closer to my original bid and I can remove all doubt! [:)]
More bids at $76 is very doable!
Hi Lew, it doesn't come across badly at all. You are right to ask if the product is the right product for you.
Don't forget that Logos has a 30 day no-quibble money back guarantee on all its resources. That means you can get this course at a very significant discount and if, after a few days of trying it, you decide it's not for you you can get a full refund.
Your prudence is perfectly reasonable. In this case, happily, there's no financial risk whatsoever! [:D]
I think 1 or 2 more bids and we will see $76. Then $72 is not too far off.
Looks like only a bid away from $76...
Now at $76
Thanks for letting us know!
There's plenty time to get this to $72. New bids at $72!

This is such a good price and getting better all the time.
Remember, if you want it, then bid $76! If enough people bid $76, then it WILL drop to $72, or even lower. You get it at the strike price when the bidding ends, not the price you bid. But if your bid is lower than the strike price, you will miss out. Thus, when the bidding is nearing the end, it is best to bid the most you would actually be willing to pay.
Very happy about $76.00.
$68.00 is within reach.
Do bid whatever you're willing to pay. If enough people bid at $68, it will eventually drop to $68, even if no more bids come in at $76.
Just remember, the deadline is approaching quickly!
Wow, what terrific value! [Y]
Wow, what terrific value!
10-4!
One more try for more bidders.
This is the final day to place your bids. It is so close to $72. Don't miss out.
Thanks for starting this thread, SHotchkiss. I have been away for a few weeks and would have missed this had it not been for your post.
Looks to be a great course at a good price.
Blessings.
Logos has reduced the increments on the bids. It is down to $75. It will close out in less than an hour!
BTW: Threads should probably not include the price in the title. Prices become outdated while the interest level and information about the resource is still quite valid. A price higher than the current strike price within the thread title could actually scare potential bidders away!
I've received an email from Logos that says that the final price is $72. It goes up to $679.99 now. I'm glad I got in on time!
I am over the moon with this news :-) Thanks for those who helped this though by pushing it for the last couple of months. Can't wait to get stuck into it now :-)
Good to see this is scheduled to ship on the 15th of December[:)]
