My Logos Bible Software 4 refuses to open after the last update.

After the last update my L-4 will not open. It starts to sign in and after a few seconds it just closes, I cannot open the program. It has been working great until this last update, and I believe concerning the Alpha stage.

The indexing has been up to speed and the icon at the top shows that it is making changes. Is anyone else having this problem?

Thank you but the problem sill exists, I have plenty of memory resulting from I use an external HD for my other programs, this one is on my Mac. I tried, but it would not open. Maybe later they will update and correct the problem it caused. Thank you again for your time.

Same thing happened to me awhile back. I called support and Becki helped me out. She link remotely, turned off the home page, and did a few other things. After that I had no problems. If I remember correctly it had to reindex and she said it had to do with the indexing bug link to our current vrsion. Hopefully you can get ahold of support quickly and they can correct things as quickly as they did with me.

I did get a hold of support, it was recommend what you mentioned above. She also said if I would just wait for a few weeks there is another update coming and I could just go to Mac Logos 4 forum and download from there & would be no need to index again (time involved) thx for your reply.
