Two things regarding this CP collection:
1. The volume by Lamar (The New Testament Commentary, vol. 2: Luke) only includes volume 2. Does anyone know why?
2. The links to its sample pages are dead links.
It may be that this book is the second volume of "The New Testament Commentary." This book on John is Vol III of the series also published by "Christian Publishing Company."
