Sometimes the drop down menus for each panel lose some of their content, compare the screenshots:
This *might* be a feature, but -if so - I can't work out when the zoom controls and link sets should appear and when they should not.

I believe this is connected to a known issue with Tabs that is mentioned at the bottom of the release notes. So no, it is not a "feature". It is a bug, but a known bug.
