I have done the I just did a new install on new laptop this last Tuesday and am now getting this message. But on restart no change. I have doen the "Update resources" and "Update now" commands but no change.
On the Home page it only says 1 resource updated. The version is at 6.13.
Running on a PC, Windows 10 Pro with latest update (Anniv)
