"resources ready to be added" remains

Hey everyone,

I just rebuilt my Win10 laptop, and the top toolbar continues to say "resources ready...updates will be added...". My entire library has downloaded and I'm on the most recent version (6.13.0.0020), but I can't get the notification to go away.

I've also tried restarting and other resources have updated since this problem began.

Ideas?

Update Now will give me the little yellow dropdown that says "update will be installed after application restarts". But it will not actually install anything after restart. Restarted Logos, same thing. Still has that blue 1 saying "Resources ready to be added and update to be installed"

Please post the compressed "Zipped" file of your log files folder after trying the update resources command, as we need the detailed log files.

However, this log file indicates you only have 13 GB free space on your drive, which will be a problem when indexing, So try to get at least 40 GB free.

Hey guys,

I wanted to wait until I upgraded my hard drive before posting new logs. I now have over 200 GB free, so that should no longer make an issue. Still getting the "updates ready to be applied" icon (and restarting doesn't actually push an update).

Try "Update Resources", not "Update now".

Ran "update resources", it did "checking for updates" for about a minute, and then that text went away. Restarted w/ logging and still says "resources ready to be added...updates will be applied" as it had been before.

New logs attached from when I did this, if it helps. Thanks everyone!

Try

exit Logos
navigate to C:\Users\Brian\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\rokch1a1.5pb\
delete licenses.dat (in LicenseManager folder)
delete UpdateManager folder
delete the contents of the Downloaded folder (in ResourceManager folder)
start Logos and run the "update resources" command
