Oddly, written by a Christian minister who noticed so many simularities of money making and religion. The guy is quite engaging and the price is right. I did the Kindle thing, since the same price.
My interest is in the curiousity of so many business algorythms today are 'I win, you loose' vs 'I win, you win'. (Not American presidential politics.)
