copy to clipboard...

i was making a word find puzzle for a handout only to realize that i wasn't transferring the puzzle anywhere. for some reason, i can't seem to transfer it. i right click it and i am given the option to copy to clipboard, but i'm still unsure how i can transfer it to, lets say, openoffice...any help???

its probably a simple thing, but couldn't find any forum stuff on this yet. any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Open OpenOffice, and the then hit Ctrl V to paste it into your document (Or right click and choose "paste"). It is handled as an image.

thank you for the help, but its still not giving me the option to even paste it. nothing happens if i hit control v. i am only given a copy to clipboard and i don't have word or worperfect...

Ok, it is a Open Office causing the problem, since embedding an image appears to require an image file rather than just pasting the image in. I tried it in wordpad and it pastes just fine, but when I fired up Open Office, it didn't. So, the quest now becomes how to save that word find in your clipboard as an image.

So, fire up mspaint.exe and paste the image in there and then save it as a .png file and use the insert picutre option in OO to import it into your document (insert>picture>from file).

thank you so much! i was able to paste it into paint and wordpad and then copy and paste it into OO. I appreciate your willingness to take the time to help me. I not very proficient with logos yet, but you have been a true blessing. my prayer is that God will richly bless you for you kindness.
