I just started installing logos 6 on to my laptop and while it was running fine initially it now either won't open or if it does it crashes immediately. 16032.LogosError.log

Thanks Andrew. I can diagnose <some> errors, but this is beyond my ability to diagnose. Sometimes the techies ask windows users for something called (Windows Event Viewer???).
While we wait for a techie to come along, have you tried loading to a blank layout? Press and hold the control key immediately upon startup.
Yes I have tried that but it still crashes. Thank you for trying to help. Funny thing is this is a brand new laptop so I figured install would be a breeze!
Should be a breeze - but first ensure you have all Windows updates (go to Settings >> Update & Security). If problem persists contact Tech Support for assistance as it is likely a Windows-related problem.
I deleted logos and reinstalled and it works flawlessly now! Not sure what went wrong the first time but glad it is working now!
