Help In Bible View

I am doing some training (new to logos) and in the training video, the person is showing in the Bible under Visual filters several options. The options I have are "resource | bible text only, corresponding selection" and ""reading plans."

Am I missing something?

I don't have for example community tags, propositional commands, etc.

It is hard for me to keep up with all the variations, but what do you own? What software version are you using? Are you a Logos Now member?

I have logos 6. Not a member of logos now. Basically purchased logos bronze or gold, I can't recall which version but believe bronze in back at logos 4.

Many of the new visual filters are datasets which only come with Now or a L6 base package.

Faithlife can be a bit confusing with nomenclature, but for clarification: When you say that you have "Logos 6," I assume that you mean you are running the "Logos 6" engine... which is free. It doesn't tell me what you own. It also isn't very specific. FL updates their software about every six weeks, so there have been MANY updates to L6 over the past two years. The current version is L6.13.

The use of "bronze" or "gold" isn't particularly helpful either unless you qualify it. This is what I was complaining about above. Typically Logos has sold new base packages with the same theme of "precious metals." The use of these terms, paired with the corresponding version of Logos sold at the time, is more helpful. For example: I own an L4 Platinum base package. I also own L5 and L6 gold packages. These don't designate "which version of Logos" I have, but rather which base package (collection of books and datasets) I own.

If you purchased a base package in the L4 days (lets say "gold") and are now running the L6 engine, it does not mean you are running "L6 gold." There are two things wrong with that statement: First, "gold" isn't a version of the software (but rather a base package). Secondly, the "gold package" you purchased included L4 datasets... not L5 or L6 ones.

It sounds like you purchased a base package a long time ago and have been keeping up with the software updates (good!) without making an additional purchase of newer base packages or cross grades. Is that correct? If so, you have two options: make a purchase (either base package or cross grade) OR become a Logos Now member. The later will catch you "up to date" and actually keep you ahead... but you will not own those new features.

None of this answered your original question... but I think the answer is that the features and settings you are looking for come with additional purchases that you haven't made.
