Does anyone know who the current sales reps are and their contact info? One of them called me and I thought I had his email but apparently we must have just talked over the phone.
I don't think there is a current list of individual reps. As far as I know, customers are not assigned to specific sales reps.

You've probably already followed up with sales and found out who you spoke with by now. So, I'm responding for those who may not be informed. Whenever you call sales the person who takes your call pulls up your account by your email and notes your account with the discussion. Thus, any future contact has record of the nature of your call no matter which rep you follow up with. This I believe is a standard practice.
