Yesterday, while studying Ezra 9:1-15 from my custom Passage Guide, I noticed that "Biblical People" didn't have any hits. Biblical Places and Things both did, however. At the same time, I could still open Biblical People from the Tools menu and use it. Basically, my problem was that Biblical People wasn't being accessed by my Program Guide.
So I started this discussion...
Based on that, I deleted the database - BiblicalPeople.lbsbpd - and I ran the Update Resources command. Of course, it updated the file that I had just deleted. Then I closed and reopened Logos 4.
At this point, I not only didn't have Biblical People in my Passage Guide, but it also no longer worked from the Tools menu (it's shaded/inactive). When I opened it I had a blank window and a message telling me that I was missing resources.
So, last night, I ran the Rebuild Index command. After that, I closed and reopened Logos 4.
Now, I not only don't have Biblical People in my Passage Guide, nor do I have it in my Tools menu (shaded/inactive), BUT I am also missing Biblical Places and Biblical Things in my Tools menu (though they still remain in my Passage Guide).
Here are the files that I DO have right now in my folder: Logos4/Data/random/ResourceManager/Resources/ [see files below]
BiblicalPeople.lbsbpd
BiblicalPlaces.lbsplc
BiblicalPlacesMaps.lbsmps
BiblicalThings.lbsthg
LCV.lbslcv
StaticPeopleGraphs.lbsspd
After spending more than 2 hrs on this issue so far, I'm confused and slightly frustrated. Can someone help me?
Thanks
