Footnotes don't appear

In te settings I have footnotes set to YES, and have the Turabian style, etc. In other words my settings are such so as when I copy a selection and paste it in Word the footnotes should automatically appear.

The problem is it isn't doing that. I have checked and rechecked my settings and the footnote never copies in spite of the settings to do so.

Anyone have suggestions?

I've just tried it and it works fine here.

Some questions:

Can you give a specific example - resource, page number etc?
What version of Word do you have?
What version of Logos 6?
Are you running on Windows or Mac?
