I just wanted to share this...
I called Tech Support regarding an issue I posted about in this thread and had no problems getting through. The operator directed me to someone else and we were chatting in less than 1 minute. After spending about 10 minutes with this person, I was directed to the Second Level (sounds serious). This guy then took over my computer (weird) and did some "stuff" and within about 10-15 minutes everything was fixed.
Now it's time for lunch and an afternoon of Logos bliss.
