I think we have all encountered this at one time or another on various resource sets. Not sure what is in the background process that causes it. It may even have something to do with how licensing works for a particular resource.

In this case I think the answer is simply that the BDAG/HALOT bundle doesn't have dynamic pricing ( not sure if it ever had that ). The bundle price des not reflect ownership of half of its content. Thus, buying HALOT alone would be cheaper. No Magie, nothing wrong.
