Hi
using Word 2010 dit someone has an Idea how to bring
1. [[@Headword:Aaron]]
to
1. Aaron [[@Headword:Aaron]]
we talking about 4000 (!) different Words
OK copy and past is an Option I know ;-)
Hi Sascha:
Do the words that you want to make into headwords have a unique format throughout the document? If so, using Find & Replace is very simple and easy.
Maybe you could post an excerpt of the document for others to look at and experiment with.
Robert
there are all different, that's the Problem.
Maybe someone can write a script that automates the process.
I believe there is a search Routine with Placeholder that could do this BUT I'm just to stupid I try Yesterday the whole Day just to replace a Point after a Word...and the Hand I dit it by Hand.
Try this (tested in Word 2016 only):
Use these in Find & Replace with wildcards turned on:
Find ([0-9]@. )(\[\[\@Headword([!\]]@)(\]\])
Replace with:
\1\3 \2\3\4
Hope this works for you.
[B] YES Great Bernhard thanks a Lot!!
Here you can see how it Looks like...but These two Encyclopedias are in German
