Two issues:
1. If you change a reference from Hebrews 1:1-3 to Hebrews 1:1, the hyperlink popup does not change to reflect the reference change. Even if you just have Hebrews, it still shows the original reference. I understand that this has to do with the way the tagging is done, but I think this could be programmed to pick up the reference change.
2. Hyperlinks only seem to be added to the reference if it is typed in on a line by itself. It isn't recognized if in a line with other text ahead of it. (Sometimes, it might, but definitely not always.) I would think this can be done because of the fact that RefTagger can identify references in text body in a web page. This is a problem if you want to put several references on one line. You can put it on another line and then delete the line-break - and it retains it - so in this way you can get more than one on a line - but this isn't a convenient solution.
