I think any printing you would do in your browser would be handled through the browser. Even now, when websites offer a print button, all they are doing is calling the browsers print function.

I believe the webapp needs to offer a print view, just like the desktop app does, to allow the user to select which articles/sections of a resource to print, and then give the browser a printable view of that selection.
I think it's a good suggestion.
It would be nice if we could do it from the mobile app as well
