I assume you mean in Logos 6? It's more effective to place questions under the appropriate software rather than in General because the answers may differ. Try F5 for refreshing the home page.

For a bit of clarification: There are different sub-forums. If you have a question about the mobile app, it is best to ask in the appropriate sub forum (iOS or Android). If your question is about the desktop app, you should ask in the appropriate version forum (L5, L6 or sometime in the not too distant future L7).
